My Parents always make Christmas special. Christmas Eve we went to the temple lights and then came home and read the Nativity story. That's why Claire is holding the flashlight for Grandpa. We sang a carol and then we opened our one present, Pajamas! The kids were excited and Grandma helped them put cookies and milk out for Santa. In the morning my Mom cooks her delicious cinnamon rolls and my dad squeezed us some of his famous orange juice and then they made us sausage and eggs. Then of course it's time to open presents. We had a wonderful time. P.S. David got me a beautiful wool coat. He went all over the valley hunting for the one that caught his eye. He put it on hold at one mall and when he went to get it they had already sold it. So he went another 40 minutes to the next mall. The saleswoman said they only had a medium available, they had a small on hold for someone for the last couple of days. David hastly bought the medium and thought at least I can exchange it later. Walking to the parking lot he paused to think about his sad attempt. He stormed back up to the womens department grabbed the small when no one was looking and bought it at a different department. Then returned the medium on his way home. Wow, my sweet innocent husband became a competitive Christmas shopper. Thanks Sweets for your thoughfulness, I hope the other shopper had changed his mind anyways.
