David was a 2nd Lt during dental school and was made a Captain for graduating. He looked very spiffy in his uniform. My dad, a retired Major was there to promote him. After the oath of office his Mom and I went up on the stage to put his Captain bars on his shoulders. It was my first job as a military wife. He will serve his country well. It was great to have our families there to support us.
Garaduation was a couple hours later so we walked to the restaurant Comfort for a quick lunch.
